Business Manager – 24k Basic – OTE £60k +

Calling all experienced business managers…

We are the largest family-owned Car Supermarket in Berkshire. Having recently moved into our brand new state-of-the-art showroom, we are now looking to recruit a highly experienced Business Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is driven to take on this position with passion and enthusiasm. Someone who excels at F&I product sales. A Top-Dog in their role, who is a talented and highly motivated individual to lead the dealerships F&I and Customer Retention Department.
You must be prepared to work hard and manage the team.

Can you demonstrate a strong track record of being an elite performing Business Manager? Out-performing on all financial objectives, maintaining great customer retention scores whilst delivering first class customer service? As an integral member of the management team you will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the F&I and Customer Retention department through being at the heart of all sales inquiries. You will be driving daily activity and leading from the front, above all treating customers fairly and with integrity.

To be considered for this role you will be an accomplished and successful Business Manager.
You will have the desire to help grow our car dealership and catapult yourself and the company forwards into 2021 and beyond. You will be the ‘Top of your Game’ Passionate and driven, motivated to succeed, and have excellent communication skills.
The key for this role is an individual that is driven to sell, engages with the Sales team and wants to earn strong commission. All whilst keeping great customer service at the heart of what you do.
