Having seen the web site we decided to visit, and we met a young salesman which we have to say had a good ear and was very attentive, totally different to the normal hardsell you are greeted with. We ended up buying a A class and have been very pleased so far slight problem with drivers door mirror but having call Tom Morgan he arranged a visit to the workshop who told us it was the wrong mirror new ordered and has been fitted since a second visit. Nothing but praise for the young and is a credit to Sascron
I visited your showroom on Bank holiday Monday to look for a new vehicle. We were greeted by Dale who made us feel comfortable and put us at ease, he showed us around and guided us through the vast amount of vehicles available. I must say that this has been my best car shopping experience to date. Dale was very informative and he answered all my questions, very patiently I might add. You had numerous models for me to choose from and dale was able to give me the information to make my choice easier. I have been looking for a replacement Mercedes for a while now and most car salesmen that I have encountered just donít do a good enough job, their only objective is to get money out of your bank. But, Dale delivered an incredible service and gave us a very pleasant experience. He is a credit to your company. I still hold that the customer is king and Dale was a massive influence in my purchase with you. Made initial enquiry about a particular BMW X5, was asked to come and meet with Londran at 2pm. Greeted by friendly staff, who took me to the showroom. Was given keys and left to look around the car. Decided not for me and was at no time hassled or pushed for a decision. Another BMW did catch my eye however and again was given a 1-2-1 guide by Londran and then left alone to look around it and make a decision.
Encouraged by the price and the car age/specification, agreed a part exchange price for my existing car and talked figures. Agreed that I would ponder for a cou;ple of hours and make a decision that day. Left and made some enquiries about Insurance/Road Tax/Running Costs etc... Called Londran back and made an offer for the BMW. Within the 1/2 hour the offer was accepted. Car was ready to collect within 3 working days. Arrived, my part exchange was test driven. No quibbles about price (as some reviewers have stated previously), paperwork and payments completed within an hour.
A full service, brake pads/shoes were done, as well as any dents/paintwork/scratches, no matter how large or minor. Thoroughly impressed from minute 1 through to the completion of the sale.
Will absolutely recommend/use Londran/Sascron again.
A good experience. I travelled from Cheshire and Dale (sales chap for my particular car) picked me up from the station both for the Test Drive and on the day of buying a couple of weeks later. Dale was a smooth and professional salesman and knows how to sell a car. Just the right amount of sales pitch to friendly disposition!
I took out the Warranty, I think it's a no brainer NOT to on what is an expensive car with a huge engine and potentially massive bills if anything fails. Did a good deal on the 3 year Warranty too, so do always negotiate.
The car was presented fully Valeted with the Alloys also having had a light refurb. There was a delay in hand over as the chap who they use to do their Alloys was running behind. That didn't really matter, as the car was given over with immaculate alloys, pretty much as new. They had also done an A1 job on preparing and painting the front spoiler which had been scraped in an earlier ownership. You would not know it had been done.
So in all, everything they promised to do, they did.
There will be some sales involved so do be prepared - finance, warranty, gap insurance etc etc. Some previous reviews state there was big pressure applied. Not really, and if you don't want extra products, you don't have to buy them. Honestly though, one should expect a sales pitch, I personally appreciate that they are there to make a profit + the sales team deserve their commission if they get a sale, there's really nothing wrong with that. Again down to you, but I personally wouldn't take a 20k car without an extended warranty, hopefully I won't need it!
Only one thing I would change. Although offered plenty of refreshment, the coffee was bad! Suggestion to upgrade to a Nespresso as a minimum! Good to have a nice coffee when about to part with 20k!
Seriously though, I'd have no hesitation buying from them again.
Pleased with my car and great customer experience. I just drove away a Skoda Fabia today for my wife after securing the vehicle a week ago.I was very happy with my experience with Stephen and Sascron Ltd.The process was very smooth and Stephen prepared everything for me as I requested when collecting the vehicle.Stephen made everything easy and I would recommend Sascron to my family and friends and I would definitely return to purchase another car.
Excellent service. Bought a Vauxhall Astra auto just over 3 weeks ago, love it. Felt very comfortable with the sale and no pressure to buy the extended warranty they offer, which I did, as who wouldn't on a second hand car. The car was given a full service and mot before drivng away. Been back with a couple of minor sensor issues and the aftersales service has been excellent, thank you Gary Stubbs for the first class service and plenty of free coffee. I highly recommend this company for their professional way of doing business.
I saw Matthew Morris who was really pleasant and professional throughout, and a credit to the company 5 out of 5. For the company as a whole I would rate them 4.5 out of 5. They have a policy (maybe understandably) of getting the customer to commit verbally that if you like the car then "will you put a deposit today down today" This could make one feel a little pressured, especially if you are hoping to try more than one car before making your mind up. As expected, I was offered an extended warranty and gap insurance but Matthew did it in a very professional manor. So my advice would be, if you are pretty sure about the car you want then Sascron are great, however if you want to try some cars out before buying then look at other dealers first.

Bought a lovely car from Liam Davies, love my Mercedes CLC, the deal was all sorted out over the phone, Liam described the condition of the car perfectly. Very happy with my new purchase. HIGHLY recommended. I was very uncertain after viewing some reviews but having been to Sascron and dealt with Liam this removed any uncertainty. Very large outfit and very well ran.
Fantastic customer service provided by Liam, our Sascron salesman. We were purchasing a car for my elderly father-in-law who has reluctantly accepted that it was time to change out his sports car for something a bit more practical. Liam was incredibly helpful with everything from ensuring both myself and my father-in-law got to test drive the vehicle to getting the alloys refurbished. Bought 2 year old car from Sascron Ltd. Im a 1st time customer and was treated very well, I traveled 100 miles from the Midlands by train and was picked up by Bal. The 'stock' is very impressive and I wasn't disappointed with my choice of car. Just a shame they have bang on about there 'deals' but a no is a no. Apart from that I would recommend SASCRON Ltd for buying a car, the choice is amazing and the price is very competitive. Good work Bal. Steve Leicester.
Have just purchased a Mercedes E220 Estate from Sascron. I've read a few bad reports about them on Trustpilot, but my experience of dealing with them has been a positive one. They were a little hard sell on all the extras they offer, but I never felt badgered into buying anything I did not want. Our salesman, Gary Stubbs, was very efficient and made the purchase easy from start to finish.
I used a company called ZUTO for my car finance. After being let down by another dealership they reccommended Sascron, bearing in mind this is my first time buying from a used car dealership and using a finance company for that matter. Being the sceptic I am I contacted them with regards to a BMW 1 series without any expectations on getting it quickly or even getting quality service like at a main dealer. The result was pleasantly suprising in under a week I drive away with my car! Myles Mulkerrin was my appointed salesman, he chased the finance company, organised all the paperwork and talked me through all the details via telephone and email. If you are apprehensive go and see the guys at Sascron, find your dream car and drive away with it knowing you haven't had you pants pulled down. I can see mixed reviews but I can only go by the experience I've had. Great job guys!
This is now car number three that i have bought from Gary Stubbs at sascron. They always go the extra mile for me, The part exchange price although never what i would like, but always fair. When i viewed the car there was a couple of small dents and all 4 wheels needed to have the scuffs sorting out. Gary said that all the cars are pre prep and everything would be done for me when i come to pick up the car! True to his word all the work was done to a very high standard as always. very happy repeat customer.
Professional and attentive service. Visited the busy Sascron Saturday, after calling in advance to ensure the BMW 1 series I was genuinely interested in was available. I was looked after by Dino and his manager Gary. Both gave me plenty of opportunity to check out the car, negotiate a reasonable (I am a realist !) part ex price for my older car and test drive. I was keen to take the car away there and then and they agreed to put through their (quite lengthy) PDI - so that meant a wait of a couple of hours whilst everything was checked / sorted. Early days of course, but the car is superb . Of course, one always wishes one could have got it a bit cheaper...got a bit more for my part ex', but I studied the market for my new car in some detail beforehand and do feel I got a reasonable deal - made easier with Sascrons friendly and professional service.
This is the first time I have felt looked after by a sales person at a garage. No pressure and very helpful. I totally recommend sascron to buy a car from and Dino Skendi to sell you a car. Thank you to Gary as well.
Great place to find good quality low milage cars, priced on the money. Did like the fact I wasn't pushed, I was allowed all the time I needed to make my mind up. Many thanks to Steve Cornelius for all your help, including taxing the car on the day of collection. A nice way of conducting business. Hope to see you in the future when this one needs upgrading.

Bought a 4 Yr old Mini Countryman without seeing it first which I have done with a main dealer but was a bit dubious with a car supermarket. I needn't have worried. Steve DuCros was extremely helpful and professional, very relaxed and amiable. Our part exchange was priced at the same level as it had been at a main dealer, we were told the new vehicle was competitively priced (which it was) and there was no further deal to be done. But Steve did manage to find a further reduction to suit our pocket. We went to collect the car which was pristine and they had put new brake pads on as well! All went as planned with no complications. Recommend Steve DuCros.
Buying through Sascron was simple and hassle free. I got a really great 5 series touring and they fixed the little glitches (tyres and scratches) between deposit and balance being paid. Myles kept me up to date throughout and even picked me up from the station when I came to collect. Great job.
I phoned on a friday afternoon to enquire about a mini coupe, spoke to Giles who was very helpfull. We made the 100 miles journey next day to see the car, Giles had made sure it was ready for us and was very helpful, courtuous with a no pressure attitude. The price was non negociable as we found out from Giles boss who was pretty abrupt and bordering rude but Giles certainly made up for that. We agreed the price in principle before test driving the car and Giles agreed to do a few jobs on the car and ensured it was well prepared and in great condition, ready for us to,pick up the next week. Overall, a good experience, great service thank you Giles and a great car.
Good service from Liam, visited Sascron the week before to look at the car, called a week later for an appointment the car was cleaned for me prepared in the showroom, very happy with everything.
I bought a car from Matthew . He did not pressure me and gave me a test drive and exactly what I wanted for my part exchange , I didn't even think I wanted to buy a car at that time but it was a great offer and Matthew ( a credit to Sascron ) and to the motor trade. I'm going to recommend Matthew and Sascron as they seem to have so much to choose from. He also showed me several cars for the size of the boot without question. Thanks again.
Many thanks to Giles Myhill for his courteous and professional service in supplying me with a BMW 530D. I received excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained clearly but without being patronising. Expectations and timelines were both set and met. I have been sceptical about "car supermarkets" in the past but can definitely recommend Sascron Ltd.
