A good experience. I travelled from Cheshire and Dale (sales chap for my particular car) picked me up from the station both for the Test Drive and on the day of buying a couple of weeks later. Dale was a smooth and professional salesman and knows how to sell a car. Just the right amount of sales pitch to friendly disposition!
I took out the Warranty, I think it's a no brainer NOT to on what is an expensive car with a huge engine and potentially massive bills if anything fails. Did a good deal on the 3 year Warranty too, so do always negotiate.
The car was presented fully Valeted with the Alloys also having had a light refurb. There was a delay in hand over as the chap who they use to do their Alloys was running behind. That didn't really matter, as the car was given over with immaculate alloys, pretty much as new. They had also done an A1 job on preparing and painting the front spoiler which had been scraped in an earlier ownership. You would not know it had been done.
So in all, everything they promised to do, they did.
There will be some sales involved so do be prepared - finance, warranty, gap insurance etc etc. Some previous reviews state there was big pressure applied. Not really, and if you don't want extra products, you don't have to buy them. Honestly though, one should expect a sales pitch, I personally appreciate that they are there to make a profit + the sales team deserve their commission if they get a sale, there's really nothing wrong with that. Again down to you, but I personally wouldn't take a 20k car without an extended warranty, hopefully I won't need it!
Only one thing I would change. Although offered plenty of refreshment, the coffee was bad! Suggestion to upgrade to a Nespresso as a minimum! Good to have a nice coffee when about to part with 20k!
Seriously though, I'd have no hesitation buying from them again.

Made initial enquiry about a particular BMW X5, was asked to come and meet with Londran at 2pm. Greeted by friendly staff, who took me to the showroom. Was given keys and left to look around the car. Decided not for me and was at no time hassled or pushed for a decision. Another BMW did catch my eye however and again was given a 1-2-1 guide by Londran and then left alone to look around it and make a decision.
Encouraged by the price and the car age/specification, agreed a part exchange price for my existing car and talked figures. Agreed that I would ponder for a cou;ple of hours and make a decision that day. Left and made some enquiries about Insurance/Road Tax/Running Costs etc... Called Londran back and made an offer for the BMW. Within the 1/2 hour the offer was accepted. Car was ready to collect within 3 working days. Arrived, my part exchange was test driven. No quibbles about price (as some reviewers have stated previously), paperwork and payments completed within an hour.
A full service, brake pads/shoes were done, as well as any dents/paintwork/scratches, no matter how large or minor. Thoroughly impressed from minute 1 through to the completion of the sale.
Will absolutely recommend/use Londran/Sascron again.
I visited your showroom on Bank holiday Monday to look for a new vehicle. We were greeted by Dale who made us feel comfortable and put us at ease, he showed us around and guided us through the vast amount of vehicles available. I must say that this has been my best car shopping experience to date. Dale was very informative and he answered all my questions, very patiently I might add. You had numerous models for me to choose from and dale was able to give me the information to make my choice easier. I have been looking for a replacement Mercedes for a while now and most car salesmen that I have encountered just don’t do a good enough job, their only objective is to get money out of your bank. But, Dale delivered an incredible service and gave us a very pleasant experience. He is a credit to your company. I still hold that the customer is king and Dale was a massive influence in my purchase with you. We will be coming back to your showroom again when we need a car and will be recommending you to anyone that is thinking of buying one.
Having seen the web site we decided to visit, and we met a young salesman which we have to say had a good ear and was very attentive, totally different to the normal hardsell you are greeted with. We ended up buying a A class and have been very pleased so far slight problem with drivers door mirror but having call Tom Morgan he arranged a visit to the workshop who told us it was the wrong mirror new ordered and has been fitted since a second visit. Nothing but praise for the young and is a credit to Sascron
